Incorrect shipping addresses that result in deliveries being returned to our facility will be reshipped at the expense of the buyer. Re-routing will be billed at $25 per instance. Groomsmen.com will not be held responsible for delivery delays resulting from an incorrect/undeliverable address or customer unavailability. Please note orders are only delivered to US and Canadian Zip/ postal codes. Sorry we do not deliver to P.O Boxes or APO addresses. For All Canada Orders, the recipient is responsible to pay any duties and taxes arising from the importation of their order - unpaid duties/taxes will be charged to your credit card plus $50 handling fee if the shipment is returned to our facility.
If a situation arises where a product is unavailable due to unforeseen manufacturing delays, we will contact you via email and your contact number provided to us. Rush Service is available on selected items and it would be specified of its availability on the product page. For last minute gifts or if you are in a time crunch with an additional fee your order gets the highest priority and is processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery depends on the shipping option you choose.
Purchased items may ship from multiple processing centers and may arrive separately. There is no additional charge for this and you will only pay the shipping charge calculated during your checkout process. Groomsmen.com reserves the right to adjust your shipping method to ensure items are delivered as intended. Some bulky or unusually heavy items, that have higher shipping rates associated with them will have an “oversize shipping charge” specified on the item’s product page and will be added to the regular shipping charges applied.
All items will be personalized just the way you specified on the order and unless it is defective, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
International orders, FPO/AP orders, need to be placed with a sales agent at 866-980-1115 or 407-574-5759 (Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm EST). If the order is placed online a sales agent will contact you to discuss shipping rates. Customers are responsible to pay any duties and taxes arising from the importation of their order - unpaid duties/taxes will be charged to your credit card plus $50 handling fee if the shipment is returned to our facility. Ground shipping/3-Day is unavailable on orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Only 2-Day and Overnight service is available to these destinations (higher rates may apply).
Orders that qualified for free shipping (and shipped using that method), prior to returning items, but not after (also the case when an entire order is returned), the refund of returned items will reflect a restocking fee of 10%. Shipping charges are not refundable.
